Returns

We want you to always be happy with your purchase, therefore if you change your mind about an item purchased or it is damaged or defective simply email us at sales@takataka.co.nz and return it for a replacement, refund or exchange. All returns must be in their original condition including all protective packaging and returned within 10 days of you having received the goods.

If upon delivery your item is damaged or defective please email us at sales@takataka.co.nz and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you. However if you simply change your mind or are not happy with your purchase, we require you to cover freight costs to return back to us. Once received back we will refund in full the purchase price of the goods.

**PLEASE NOTE** If by chance you send us an email and do not have a reply within 2 days then please check your spam.  We have had clients send emails without any other contact information and complain because they have had no reply, this has been due to our emails going directly into the spam box due to high security on peoples email settings.
